Die-ner (get it?)

8 days of shooting. 5 pm to 5 am.I would have to say it was the most fun I've ever had. The process was so much fun and I learned S0 much!! Everyone was so amazing! In the last couple months I've had this little bit of emptiness from not seeing the cast and crew and finally we had our premiere! It was so great seeing everyone again!! It was an amazing feeling to see something I worked on! It was also great seeing my friends on screen, knowing all the takes and inside jokes behind them! The movie was a lot funnier than I thought it would be!! It was fun to see my name in the credits (and it was great seeing my moms proud joy :D )

I want to thank Jenna, Michelle, Jon and especially my mom for being there! It meant so much! Its going to Sundance and slamdance so we'll see how it goes! I'm so proud of it!!!

Kath & Kim at my work!

So it's been a while since I worked at my second...well first...job, Old Navy, and I finally got a shift randomly on a wednesday night. It turns out, the NBC show Kath & Kim, with Molly Shannon and Selma Blair, was shooting in our store. I was so surprised and so excited! They had me working at the door, holding people back and letting people in depending on what was going on. Selma Blair is a tiny little thing! So the cool thing is that I was wearing the cameo (jewelry) from my Grandma Dorothy (thank you Aunt Pam!) and Molly Shannon came up and said it was beautiful and I should cherish it forever! (As I was freaking out in my head and smiling like mad). She said she collects them and that mine looks like its gold plated. It was so cool! She was so nice to everyone at our store and our customers!!!

1st Post!

So. I've been working non stop last month at Universal Studios Hollywood as an Admissions Host. The reason for all the crazy hours was Halloween Horror Nights! It was pretty fun! I was mainly working from about 7 to 2 am letting people into the parks! There are a lot of crazy stories, crazy people with crazy situations. The cool thing was watc
hing people screaming their heads off by the scareacters and their chainsaws. The coolest was seeing a few celebrities and hearing about a few from my partners in crime down at Jurassic Park. They were Drew Berrymore, Cory Feldman, Josh Lucas, Demi Levato, Selena Gomez, Page Kennedy (who played U-Turn in Weeds), and i'm sure a lot more people that we didn't even know about!

It was truly a blast and i'm sad it's over! We did have pretty much the most awesome show: Bill and Ted's Excellent Halloween Adventure. It was AMAZING! I absolutely loved it and recommended it to anyone that asked me at the turnstiles! It basically was a parody of pop culture this year! It started off with this year's presidential candidates. It was pretty hilarious!
With that comes Universal privledges :). I get free admission! yay! Lots of discounts on tickets to like disneyland, sea world, the zoo, movie tickets, etc. LOVING the benifits! The only thing that sucks are Union fees and dues...those REALLY suck :(. Another plus are the screenings that we get! FREE! Last month Annie, Tracy, Mike and I saw  Burn After Reading. The next one was the Changeling and my mom came up to see it with Annie, Jimmy and I! The most recent one was Role Modes which was hilarious! It was Annie, Stephanie, Jimmy and I. The next is Milk and i'm pretty excited about it.

peace out. <3
